Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists are university-trained registered primary health care professionals who can assess, diagnose and treat injuries/conditions of muscles, joints and the nervous system.
During the initial session, our physiotherapists conduct a detailed interview to learn more about your injury, contributing factors, specific goals and create a comprehensive treatment plan. Throughout the treatment sessions, they will utilize various skills which include: manual therapy, acupuncture and exercise prescription to help maximize your recovery. We work in partnership with you and your health team to help you recover and stay well.
Our Physiotherapists can:
Rehabilitate both acute and chronic injuries

For those who live far away or cannot make it to the clinic, virtual therapy is an excellent choice for exercise updates, pain management strategies and problem-solving. During virtual appointments, we take a detailed history, perform movement testing and provide guidance and reassurance while promoting independence through education and empowerment.
Do you have a new injury? No problem! We can diagnose and treat through the screen and provide an individualized treatment plan while keeping up with a high level of adherence to safety and professional standards. Virtual physiotherapy services are currently available for patients who reside in Ontario.
Virtual Physiotherapy is ideal for people who:
Cannot come to our clinic location due to their physical condition and/or time limitations
Live in remote or rural areas
Don’t have a physiotherapy service within your current location
Would like to have a second opinion from an expert physiotherapist
