Massage Therapy
Our massage therapists (RMTs) are registered healthcare providers regulated by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. They provide hands-on treatment to alleviate pain and discomfort, improve mobility and relieve muscle tension.
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST™)
FSTTM is an assisted stretching system performed by registered massage therapists. It focuses on treating the whole person, not just a body part. It is pain-free and uses constant circulatory, gently oscillating movements to decompress joints and relieve tension in soft tissues.
Acupuncture/Dry Needling
Traditional acupuncture and dry needling are both techniques to ease myofascial pain. They are performed by highly trained healthcare providers who place a thin needle into the muscle tissue. Many patients find acupuncture helpful for both decreasing pain and relaxing the body.
